Job Description

• Responsible for handling client enquiries through phone, emails and client interview as well as deployment for the fulltime ladies assigned to the respective clients ensuring the best performance of the workers.
• Supervising the cleaners on duty to ensure adhere to safety cleanliness, wear proper uniforms and handling clients complain in kindness manner
• Train, educate and motivate newly hired maids/ cleaners on proper cleaning and hygiene
• Handling remittance and online bookings, monitor absences and daily working hours.
• Monitor cleaning materials on stock and report to Office for weekly supply request.
• Report maintenance issue on driver's and cleaner's accommodation and provide quotation to Office for approval.

Job Description

• Check and assure regular health conditions such as blood pressure, blood sugar, body swelling, body condition and maintaining to give healthy and nutritious food.
• Report sudden changes of patient's physical, mental or emotional health to her family or report it to the nurse or doctor on duty.
• Provide all assistance in the house or hospital. Providing physical assistance from bed, bathing, grooming and bathroom breaks.
• Encourage physical movements in accordance to patient's needs and capabilities.
