  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

  • Help patients with mobility, including walking, transferring, and repositioning in bed

  • Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)

  • Support nurses with basic clinical tasks as instructed

  • Serve meals and assist patients with feeding when required

  • Maintain patient hygiene and keep rooms clean, safe, and organized

  • Observe patients’ physical and emotional condition and report changes to the nurse

  • Assist in turning and positioning bedridden patients to prevent bedsores
