Everyday, she creates a safe and stimulating environment for children. Every day she plans meals, prepares food, and feeds children. After breakfast she engages children in age-appropriate activities and encourages intellectual development. Upon school, she teaches and supervises daily living skills. If she is not busy with household chores, she monitors behavior for irregularities pertaining to health and well-being as well as physical, emotional, and mental development. In the afternoon or in the evening, she always meets with the parents regularly to assess child behavior and to plan activities.

Everyday she organizes creative activities and educational games. If not busy, she is preparing kids’ meals and feeding them (including bottle-feeding for babies), changing diapers and bathing infants.

Every week, she is planning and preparing meals with assistance from the family (when they are able) On weekends, she is doing the patient's shopping or accompany them when they need something. Sometimes she is performing light housekeeping duties that the family can’t complete on their own. She is always a pleasant and supportive companion
