Sagarika recently worked for a South African-Canadian family in Dubai for four years, where she cared for a 6-week-old baby. Her responsibilities included providing attentive childcare and supervision, attending to the child's daily needs and routines, organizing activities, performing general household cleaning duties, keeping bedrooms and living areas neat and organized, and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for the entire family. Her employment ended because the family no longer required her services.

Sagarika initially worked as a cleaner for a cleaning company in Al Ain for 12 years, providing professional cleaning and housekeeping services in residential and commercial properties. Her responsibilities included sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, cleaning windows and glass panels, removing rubbish, disinfecting frequently touched areas, arranging furniture and household items, and maintaining the cleanliness of floors, walls, and other assigned spaces. She also operated cleaning equipment and tools, used appropriate cleaning products, followed company procedures and health and safety guidelines, replenished supplies when necessary, and completed assigned cleaning schedules while ensuring that all areas met company standards and client expectations.

Afterwards, she gained experience working with several families in Dubai. She served a Pakistani family for one year, caring for a 7-year-old child, followed by an Indian-British family for three years, where she looked after a newborn baby. She then worked for a Dutch family for two years and four months, caring for a 4-month-old baby, and later served another Dutch family for six months, providing care for two pet dogs. Her household and childcare responsibilities included supervising children, attending to their everyday needs, supporting their daily routines, performing general cleaning and housekeeping duties, maintaining household cleanliness, and creating a neat, organized, and comfortable home environment for the entire family.
